Andrea Culver

Registered Nurse

Andrea was born and raised in South Florida. She currently resides in Loxahatchee. FL with her two children and husband. Before becoming a Registered Nurse, Andrea worked as a cosmetologist. After several years in the business, Andrea felt the need to make a career change and work in a field where she was able to help others with their health and not just their appearance.

Andrea has worked in a variety of nursing positions including neurology, medsurg, infusion therapy, and hospice. Throughout her career as a nurse, Andrea has been nominated twice for the HCA Excellence in Nursing Award for providing a quality patient experience. After getting married and starting a family she chose to leave the hospital environment and join the Hormone Logics team, where she initially started out as a patient. Driven by her compassionate nature, she takes pride in helping our patients navigate through their hormone replacement protocols. Andrea works alongside our medical staff and Lifestyle Educators to help our patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
